Check out your brand new app to manage your transactions in total security and simplicity from your smartphone or tablet!

You can right now carry out most of your usual operations. For operations not yet available, you will be automatically directed to the old version to ensure there is no interruption. 



More features are in the pipeline for the coming months.

The app is designed for private use. You only need to have a current account with us to use it.

How can the My ING app make your life easier?
• The balance and history of your current, savings and Visa accounts at a glance.
• You can mask the amounts by using “private” mode.
• Euro transfers (SEPA).
• Check out Payconiq, now available in your My ING app, and pay for your purchases in some stores or online by simply scanning a QR code.
• Dark mode is available.
• Possibility of selecting an alias.

The installation only takes 2 minutes.

Once your app installed and your profile created, access it with a 5-digit secret code. The app locks automatically for greater security.

WARNING! Installing the new app was a big mistake. I wanted to schedule the transfer of a large amount of money and it doesn't offer the option, the transfer was executed immediately! In the previous app, you input the transfer details, tap next, and then input the execution date.... Not in this one! Money gone and for good!

Bad experience so far, too bad to come with a new product that is full of bugs and not reliable. I transfered 100 euros from my debit account to my visa account in the new app, the transfer appears as processed, the money don't show in the account balance - tried to refresh, but still don't show, while entering the old app I was able to see the update. Also, awful UI, I hope they will treat this with more responsibility and deliver a reliable version until the old app is removed.

Absolutely horrible! I was not able to use the old app anymore and was forced to switch to this one. App is still in development phase and is lacking some very basic features. On top of that, the visibility of the app is worse than in the previous one. The app seems more like a demo version rather than something to be offered to the customers; by far the worst bank app I've ever used.
