I needed a metal detector to find the pins that mark the corners of my lot so I could resolve a property line dispute with a cranky old neighbor. After downloading several metal detector apps, I found this one to be the most accurate and have the best user interface. I probably looked a little crazy sweeping my cell phone, taped to a wooden pole, back and forth in the backyard, but in less than 10 minutes, I found and exposed the 3 pins I was looking for. Check and mate! Thanks metal detector.

Yes it works: it beeps with the cover of a can, it's all i had to test it with for the moment. However, i thought it would give me more distant in the detection.....like 3ft from a metal, but instead it beeps only within a range of about 6ins & detects through the camera. I can still get by with it & thanks to the nice lady who share on the video, bye.....

In all reality, this is not a true metal detector. It's a ferromagnetic detector. It will only find ferromagnetic materials, like cobalt, iron , and nickel. It will not respond to brass, gold, silver. etc. If it was my app. I would advertise it as an EMF detector. Since some people (Ghostbusters) believe that disembodied spirits give off electromagnetic fields, the Paranormal community would go crazy over such a valuable app for detecting spirits. (No, I'm not a Ghostbuster) alternate marketing
