About this app

Audio KJV Bible with Apocrypha

We added Book of Enoch, Jasher and Jubilees. These books are not in Apocrypha so they are seperated in the Table of Contents and in the Search also they are not in Reading Plan and Daily Verses. Also you can remove these books: Menu->Settings->switch off "Show Enoch/Jasher/Jubilees"

- Audio Bible - TTS feature. Works Offline and even when the app is closed
- Canonical Reading Plan for one Year, 180 and 90 Days
- Book of Enoch
- Book of Jasher
- Book of Jubilees
- Daily Verses - Daily Psalm, Gospel - you can create your own Verse of the Day!
- Red letters and italicized words!
- and many more!

The apocrypha is a selection of books which were published in the original 1611 King James Bible. These apocryphal books were positioned between the Old and New Testament (it also contained maps and geneologies). The apocrypha was a part of the KJV for 274 years until being removed in 1885 A.D. A portion of these books were called deuterocanonical books by some entities, such as the Catholic church.

Keep this in mind when reading the following apocryphal books. Martin Luther said, "Apocrypha--that is, books which are not regarded as equal to the holy Scriptures, and yet are profitable and good to read."

After the latest update the app has been draining my battery at much, much higher rate. I thought it was my phone but it's the app. I understand that not every phone will be compatible with every app or its updates, but it was fine until the latest update. And the option to not see the Extra books of Jasher, etcetera, doesn't work with this latest update either.

I have not had any problems with the app. Ads are mostly tucked away and don't interfere with my reading. I was even able to download different voice options to have the word of GOD read to me. I have thoroughly enjoyed the book of Jasher. I have another Bible app but THIS one has the books that are missing. Some may label them part of the Apocrypha but they are indeed books of the Holy Scriptures. This app has me excited to read my word daily.

Great app. I bought it even though it's free. Love it. I would love it if it was possible if all the precept saved was on line are something. That was when you change phones and down load the app, it all comes back. I've been using this app for years and lost allot of precepts.. I'd be happy to pay again and more for that option..
