Dear IT team, Please kindly check your application again and try develop it better. As my experience, I had used this app around 2 years but the system still trouble, like difficult to login it waiting for a long time. So, it cause that make me decide to transfer money to saving or using any other bank. Best regards, Luch

App just updated and now will not keep me logged in . Keeps asking for passport photo and then error message comes up when I do it . If I press do it later app logs me out . Got it working eventually

The app won't open and when it does, I have to do twice for it to open up. Please fix this problem and please respond to your clients problems. You don't do good business by not communicating.
