The Old app that I had for over 5 years gave you the option of canceling and a menu as to why. I used it until I could no longer use it and was stuck with the "new" app that doesn't have that option. A driver will accept your booking and then if they find one closer or more of a money maker they pick that person up and if they don't cancel which most times they won't you're stuck with that booking and can't make another.

Great app when it works. Often sends driver to where I was yesterday not where I am now. Often sends drivers on the other side of town. Often does not connect for no apparent reason when all other apps and connectivity is fine. Right now standing in 40 degrees sweating like a pig unable to call a passap because it can't connect.

I have been using PassApp taxi in Cambodia application for many years already from my personal account and also from my colleagues accounts. All taxi drivers from this app also work for other same apps - so all of them have common problems - very often poor performance and unprofessional unsafe driving, often go wrong way, often can't find pick up and drop off locations. When I send complain - every time standard answer comes - we will educate driver. No reward points system for customers at all
