As a delivery app, it's great and does exactly what it's meant to. Orders are delivered wethin the time window. However, as a way of paying utilities (buying electricity tokens), it's a miss. I've on several occasions topped up the wallet only for the app to not succeed in purchasing the tokens. You're left with cash that you can't withdraw from the app and have to purchase your tokens through other means. It would be a 4.5 if they allowed reversal of wallet topups.

It's so hard to use the app. You Google an item you want, it keeps saying oops, restart. It was easy when orders were done manually. Now even the sellers everytime you call them they say order via the app when it's not accepting anything and keeps asking for log in details when there is no room to register apart from through WhatsApp that ain't helpful

I'm totally disappointed with you guys. I made my last cash payment and upto now it has not reflected in my account. I have also not received my previous cash backs which you promised upto date despite of making a number of complaints. I have also been promised promotional items but up to date never got any. Just wondering if this is the service you are offering to clients? I would rate your system as poor!
