Every time I try to login the app with my username and password. It shows me the error "you have entered an invalid username or password" before it used to be fine. Visited the nearest kplc off and I was told system issues, and to keep on trying after some time. Is there any support team from kplc who can assist me on this. If there is some one good, if not then this app is useless for me

Good app, albeit with a few hitches (doesn't load on first tap, and remains on 'loading' screen... Also there should be an option to activate notification for scheduled power interruptions for those interested in getting such crucial info to download and check areas to be affected.... It would be a nice addition to the app...

Trying to register a new account and it's virtually impossible. A check on the ratings shows that it's been a problem since 2019 and Kenya Power have done nothing. I tried the app at their offices, it failed. I was referred to an EXPERT outside the organisation; it failed. For new account application, just DON'T USE the app; I repeat, DON'T USE the app for new account applications. Just go the manual way
