I still can't make withdrawals from this app. I appreciate your help, but I'm still stuck on an email verification loop. It keeps logging me out every time I ask for a withdrawal. It's been like this for months. Can we please get a fix for this? Yours was the easiest way to withdraw money from Deri, but that's no longer the case.

Hi, try to logout then login again. If you had deposited using another payment method other than agent, first withdraw money deposited from previous method before using agent. We are trying to resolve this issue soonest.

It's great using Divpesa,instant payments and withdrawals keep it up don't turn like other scum apps in the long run.
