I'm not sure what is happening, but the hearing fine tuning option is not working. It freezes the app and a minute later, the app wants me to reconnect the hearing aids. This means that I would have to go through the ENTIRE setup again! I just want to fine tune my hearing aids and get rid of the tinny sound from every single audio piece coming my way! C'mon Sony! Fix your app! And why do only iPhone users get to listen to audio through bluetooth? Where is the love for us Android users?!!!

I have been very happy with the app and have been able to make on-the-fly adjustments as needed. The only reason I'm not giving five stars is that there is not an option for saving settings for different scenarios (work, home, TV, etc.) so you have to continually manually adjust the settings, whereas it would be much better to be able to save and name certain settings that are used frequently. Please add this functionality to the app to make it more user-friendly.

The app paired easily to my android phone. The app's functions work well. The app does not contain a method of showing a chart of stored settings, so it's almost impossible to revert to or replicate a set of settings. So if you finally achieve an overall sound that you like, but still want to further explore, once you change more than one setting you'll find it virtually impossible to go back to your previous collection of settings. Fix this, Sony, and make an OK product sooo much more useful!
