■Customers who can use the service
〇Individual customers with Shizuoka Yaizu Shinkin Bank savings account and cash card
*Use of this service is limited to Japan. In addition to the account you registered for the first time, you can register up to four accounts with the same name.

■How to use
〇After downloading this app, on the account registration screen, enter your savings account branch number/account number, name (kana), date of birth, phone number sent to our bank (last 4 digits), and cash card PIN. Please enter your number and email address and set a login password.
〇A verification code will be sent to the email address you entered, so please enter the verification code on the app screen. If you have restricted domain-specific reception, you may not be able to receive emails from our bank. Please make your settings in advance so that you can receive emails from @shinkin-appbank.jp and @shizuokayaizu-shinkin.co.jp.
〇After registering your account, you can log in by entering your login password or using biometric authentication (an authentication method that uses your face or fingerprint registered on your smartphone), and you can use the various functions of this app.

■Notes
〇Although the service is generally available for 24 hours, it may not be available due to regular or temporary maintenance.
〇This app can be used for free, but the communication charges incurred when downloading and using the app will be borne by the customer.
〇Accounts that have been registered with the passbook-less function will no longer be able to conduct transactions using their passbook at counters and ATMs. If you wish to cancel your passbook-less registration, please visit the branch office where your account is opened and complete the procedures. We will respond by charging a prescribed fee.
〇Please take security measures such as installing security software to prevent your smartphone from being infected with computer viruses or malicious programs.
〇This app has a function that links with your current location information and sends notifications from the app as push notifications even when you are not using the app. You can choose not to use this feature when starting this app for the first time. Also, when using this function, you can always select a setting that consumes less battery (does not use GPS).
