Works great with clear audio and video. I installed this system with a JO master station and two JO door stations. The video is clear and the audio works great on both ends. This was a very economical solution, very easy to install and set up. The mobile app was easy to set up and very straight forward so very little training was necessary for the end user.

Long lag when selecting monitor and actually displaying anything. Or just gets a system error. When trying to receive a call at the door the lag is so great that you cannot answer. When trying to playback recordings, either a system error or just sound with a green image. Please improve this app! Feel like the whole intercom system was a waste of money! We installed because it came with a phone app, the wall plate will almost never be used in reality.

To people that want to buy an intercom and use this app: It looks like a beta app. It almost never works correctly. The time to load and open the camera is more than a minute, only if it doesn't throw an error, which is not often. Very bad implementation, UI, interaction and experience. I don't recommend it at all. EDIT 10/23/20: The app is useless. It won't open because "system is in use", even if no one is using it.
