ইসলামী শরিয়া আইন ও বিচার হল আল্লাহ্‌ প্রদত্ত আইন যা রাসুলুল্লাহ সঃ মক্কা ও মদিনায় প্রতিষ্ঠা করেছিলেন, পরবর্তিতে খিলাফায়ে রাশেদা ও পরবর্তি ইসলামিক খিলাফাতের যুগেও এই আইন জারী ছিল, বর্তমানে সৌদি আরব সহ কিছু জায়গায় এই শরিয়া আইন জারী আছে।
