With every app update it just gets more broken and buggy it's unbearable. I've mentioned twice during phone calls with service agents and they don't seem to give even half a damn. In the current version I can't view my cards or their transaction histories, I used to be qble to tap the card to see everything and now nothing happens, same goes for if I click "skoða kort" the app just doesn't register them as clickable or something. I also frequently have issues authenticating myself to log in.

Ux is terrible. With these huge and ugly fonts the screen is crowded, the app is slow and unstable. The old one was definitely better. And only in Icelandic, no English??? C'mon guys, it's 2020... In 2018, I was on a widely-advertised ÍSB event, when they told EVERY part of their apps and the website will be 100% translated at least into English. Well... they issued a new app only in Icelandic.

Sorry to hear that you do not like our new design, user feedback was one of the key ingredients in our design. The app is constantly evolving & future changes will hopefully better meet your needs. English is still on our agenda but it will unfortunately take us some time to deliver.

Worked fine until few weeks back. Now I have to uninstall and install the app and clear cache again and again Still it always says that it does not recognize my recipients. There is as well a bug in the interface so when I try to add my telephonenumber to verify a recipient the size of the telephonefield collides with the '1' digit so I can't press that digit. Very annoying
