About this app

meshFlow uses a finite element method to simulate 2D fluid flows and heat transfer problems.

Simply draw on the screen to add objects into the flow domain, and the built-in mesh generator will automatically generate a triangle mesh for the solver.

Then select the type of problem you want to solve, potential flow or heat transfer, and hit 'Solve' to compute and visualize the solution.

The app also allows you to change the mesh resolution, and offers options for visualizing the solution and its gradient using a variety of different color schemes. meshFlow can generate streamlines and animate particles in the flow, and also offers an "interactive flow" mode where you can manually add particles to any location in the flow.

Enjoy!

For someone with no background in Physics this is a quick and dirty tool for checking airflow. It's a little crashy (even on an 8gen2) and could use the ability to move or erase the lines. For what it is, it's great. I can check out how something behaves (in a general sense) in the time it takes something like Autodesk to LOAD. Wish it was 3D but that's unreasonable, I know.

Color and mesh does not show on Samsung S23 Ultra when running. The email listed support is not valid. I wasted $1.99 on this app that doesn't work, and cannot contact anyone for support.

it's great except it would be much better if u could show the air moving around in an empty space cus I'm using it to test an exhaust idea I have for a car and I can't truly simulate it because the air flow goes thru the lines instead of keeping going thru the chamber I want it to
