I have recently opened an account and transferred it into the account. Yesterday, I tried to do an international from the app. The app asked me to register the address, but it was not accepting even though I didn't commit any error. The app would not allow me to proceed to the next step of transfer without inputing the address. I raised this issue with wio Care through WhatsApp and phone no, but I couldn't reach them. Now I got struck with my money in the account, not knowing how to get it out.

The app is good and easy to navigate. But the main thing "service" is extremely slow and not trustworthy. I tried transferring amount from wio to other banks, it almost always takes atleast half to one Hr. for the money to credit in other account. Yesterday I saw notification saying there is a delay and transfer can take upto 3 days ! Tried several times to get it touch with support. Never had a chance to talk even on chat. Very risky.

The app and user experience are amazing. 2 comments. 1. There were no fees on trading and the interest rate was higher few months ago. No there are fees on every trade and the interest rate is lower. This breaks the trust and makes the user skeptical whether Wio will keep on adding fees and they used the high interest and zero fees to lure in customers. 2. Don't let the back button get you out of the app, ask if you want yo exit or not, otherwise i have to sign in again.
