Unable to watch video tutorials, only hear sound but no image, tried to engage chat feature for help, error message "something went wrong" then app continued crashing. A bit gutted after paying for items and not being able to watch tutorials on how to use them when that was meant to be part of the purchase to also have access to these videos.

All in the app is from an influencer and can be found on YouTube. Selling her expensive products. Avoid!
