I'm very disappointed. I would say i wasted my money by purchasing D-ticket from VRM. The ticket was not refreshed on renewal (the money got deducted on 01.06.2023 for renewal, and i even got a receipt for it). Sadly, on my day of travel, on 02.06.2023, it was showing that the ticket was INVALID and valid until 01.06.2023 for the ticket controller. Tried reinstalling the app, and it just showed a white screen and hung. Major disappointment 😞. And loss of money.

Please add a functionality where we can log-in without having an active internet connection. I literally couldn't show my ticket on train because I didn't have mobile network. It is anyways a waste if you can't show the ticket without internet because there is no guarantee of having a mobile network all through travel. What is the point of even buying it then if you can't even show it ?

Pls add keep me logged in option. Everytime we have to login again n again. Plus app ks too slow despite having nothing in it. So look at this im saying this bein an mobile app developer
