About this app

1. Stock Count

Primary purpose of this app is to accurately perform the stock count. Many companies stock count mismatch because the operator who counts doesn't go near to the box (or) counting unit. This app will make sure that operators physically have contact with all the boxes which they count without any prediction.

Firstly we need to generate the QR-code on the format you require separated by comma (so that you will get the required output in an excel format using this app) and paste it on the box while in-warding the goods.
Simply open the app (PQR), default first option will be STOCK COUNT --> Click SUBMIT --> Click SCAN STOCK COUNT tab for the scanning the QR-label pasted (generated) on top of the boxes (At the maximum you can scan upto 1000 boxes at a time on an average time of 1 box / sec).
After completion of all the scanned boxes you have to click the SHARE STOCK COUNT tab for mailing the scanned excel sheet to the respective mail id.

After downloading the excel file you can see that the output of the scanned QR-content sits in each row of the excel and also you can see the content that you have separated with commas sits in a separate column, which is the file required for comparing the actual stock with your system (ERP) stock and there you can quickly do a reconciliation for the variance parts too.

2. Pick List

Purpose of this second menu is to ensure that the operator picks the correct part/material/box in the warehouse as per the QR-code provided in the given pick-list. Firstly you need to generate a QR-code that represents the material inside the box and paste the same on the top of the box at the time of in-warding / receiving the goods.

Secondly, the operator click on the menu (Pick list) in the PQR app and start scanning QR-codes printed on the pick-list. Once he completes scanning all the QR codes in the Picklist, he now clicks Scan Box.  If the box QR Code matches the Picklist, the app displays output as "SUCCESS - OK TO PICK". If not, it displays "NOT OK TO PICK".

All the best for your error-free stock management.
