Notification access permission: Used to check messages in the notification window.

Additional (optional) access rights
Exclude from battery optimization list: Use to prevent services from being terminated abnormally in the background.

In the case of optional access rights, you can use the app even if you do not agree, but services related to that function may be restricted.
