Even if you feel anxious, that no one understands you, or simply don't feel like it, Loomee will help you learn to manage these situations. Think of us as your help tool to manage your difficult moments. We work with the interpretation and attention we give to the problems, the deactivation of our body with relaxation, behavior change techniques such as exposure and acquisition of habits and objectives based on scientific evidence. All with the ultimate goal of relearning how to manage our emotions.
