Yes, it is the best app in this category. For a clean and easy-to-use interface. But I really want to see a feature in this app that could make this app unique and ireplaceable if it is possible to do so. I'm talking about a simple feature to add an option to toggle the black screen(on and of)from the quick access tiles instead of a floating button on the screen. Which, I really think,make this app a part of all the phones. In my opinion, this will be the best feature cause others don't have it.

A very good app to switch off phone screen while playing audio or video and saving battery life. This facilty should be part of android, but unfortunately android developers don't care for users need. Developers of this app are requested to create android app to control volume and reboot the phone using soft buttons on the screen without pressing the volume and power buttons. One more app to prevent accidental call on mistakenly touching a contact while browsing contacts or call history.

Black Screen does exactly as stated: plays other apps in BACKGROUND MODE- and does so reliably. Doesn't crash, impose ads, or steal my valuable time or energy. I'm able to play YouTube with Screen off and the keys don't get inadvertently hit so the videos play as they should without skipping around. I still have to listen to the ads, (or partially...till I skip ad, which requires attentiveness on my part) ---but that's cause I refuse to pay for YouTube. NOT attributed to Black Screen app!
