I have an active account with Instabox but still my ongoing deliveries are not visible in the app. The app does not recognize deliveries based on email and load them on the app (like PostNord or Budbee or other providers for e.g.). I am unable to change my mobile number, after entering verification code, OK it stays in the same screen. App is not usage due to its limitations and defects. Try to fix the gaps and make the app customer friendly.

It's good but sometimes ( very often ) Instabox doesn't register that you have picked up a package. So the parcel stays in the app, forever with no way to remove it. I also get several text messages reminders to pick it up. Other than that, the app amd service in generall is flawless.

The verification code email comes way to slowly which leads to repeated clicks on the 're-send' button which leads to invalid verification codes...and exceeding attempts to login for the moment.... Very disappointing user experience Update: it worked after I tried again on another day
