Not a phenomenal experience, software wise - friendly staff helped but many of the features are unmanageable from the client side, meaning if anyone in the chain makes a mistake you'll be waiting. This seems to hint at a flawed/incomplete backend, but it could also be that the organization does not trust its drivers to manage their trips. Regardless of intent, the app made work more difficult, not less. You'd be better off with Google maps and a clipboard at this stage.

The app consistently crashes and lags, not to mention the GPS system on the app is terrible, it'll take you to one drop make you leave the vicinity and bring you back to the same location

Be prepared to do all the work and not get paid when you are supposed to! Very unprofessional company. If you are willing to get paid minimum wage( usually it comes late too!) for the hassle of running around town looking for hidden entrances to deliver stuff to the customers " in a timely manner" ,then this gig should be ok. If not ,do not GoFor.
