About this app

With the BlueRange FM app, facility managers can quickly and easily receive and clearly process fault messages in buildings.

If faults or malfunctions are detected in a building digitized with BlueRange, the messages can be retrieved directly in the app. For time-critical incidents, the BlueRange FM app offers convenient push notifications.

In addition to BlueRange events, other systems such as KNX and BACnet can be integrated and messages from tenants can be received. By centrally bundling all faults from different sources in the BlueRange FM App, facility managers have the advantage of being able to concentrate on the essentials, i.e. the fast processing of the reported incidents.

In addition to various search and filter functions, the processing status can be assigned to individual messages. In this way, facility managers can keep an eye on the progress of the processing of defect cases at all times.

With the support of the BlueRange FM App, the goal is to quickly identify sources of errors and efficiently correct faults. This minimizes time and resource-related efforts and significantly improves service quality for tenants.

Functions at a glance:

- Retrieval of incident reports
- Notification via push
- Assignment of the processing status of fault cases
- Filtering, searching and archiving of messages
