How we work
Regardless of which plan you choose with us, we are convinced that you will learn a lot about how exactly you should eat or exercise in order to feel good and reach your goals. It's not a short-term quick fix, not a diet, but we work to change your routines for the better.
Personal coaching
You will receive from us an adapted diet plan with all the meals of the day. There are suggestions for several options of carbohydrate, protein and fat sources from which you compose meals yourself. It's regular food, you don't count calories and you don't record what you eat either.
We set up the training for gyms, home training with or without equipment, or a combination of these. We do not decide how much you should exercise, but the diet is calculated based on your physical activity that you state, and we help you find a level that feels reasonable and sustainable for you. The exercises in the training program are shown in video format.
When we coach a customer, adjustments are included if something doesn't work. We are all different and have different backgrounds, which gives us all different needs. We treat you where you are in life right now!
