COACHING WITH EMPW YOU
When you are coached by us, you get a tailored experience. We will create diet and exercise programs adapted to you, your goals, any injuries, allergies and previous experiences. We dive deep into your behaviors, ask some challenging questions and are the coach you always carry with you via your mobile phone. In the app you can also register your activity, find lots of good recipes.

We don't believe in quick fixes, but we work with a change in behavior and to create a sustainable and balanced everyday life together with you. V wants you as a customer to become friends with your own body and never feel anxious about what you eat. We want to convey increased knowledge about a lifestyle where diet is the focus as fuel for your body, and that you NEVER eat after a diet with lots of prohibitions.
