The app is pointless. It would be far more helpful if you could check prices online. I don't live in Auckland, so only go there once a month or so, and decided a membership might be a good way to stock up each month. But the prices hardly make it worthwhile. Most products I can get cheaper where I live. If I could see prices in advance then I would be able to make a list and go there with a purpose.

for a company that says it is customer focused, more like profit driven, the app is a waste of time, i have been waiting for an email confirmation to get my lost password, still hasnt arrived after 5 attempts, we will not be renewing our membership as prices are no better than retail supermarkets, we spend alot of time in the usa and we will buy from there
