I'm not usually one to leave reviews but this app is so good I abandoned My Fitness Pal for it. I am an intermittent faster and I struggle with staying on track. One feature I really appreciate about THIS app is the notifications it sends to tell you what stage of fasting you have reached and the encouragement it provides! I did pay the for the premium version (which, IMO is very reasonable) because I loved the free version, it's worth the money. Game changer!

Just started and so far, I love the layout of this App! easy and quick to learn. such a motivator having the tracking my fasting along with the knowledge based short reads to go along with it. My only complaint and it's minor, is wishing when scanning the barcode on items that more was in your data base. BUT happy that I can "create" my own by logging in all the nutirentional facts amd taking pictures of the brands. THANK YOU for this + looking forward to maintaining my goal

Been using it for 5 days now , i love it. Easy to keep track of everything because the food and exercise you enter as well as the fasting and your calorie budget for the day , can all be customized and the app is free. It is the reason why I do not mind the adds.
