Perfect insurance and app ... I did the medical insurance for me and my son last year and will renew this year too ..elzami done with comin too nd 3rd party with discounts 50% on medical amd more than 30% on car insurance... I used the insurances and always i was covered specially the medical one .. both we were covered in emergency and hospitalization... App is very easy to use ... And staff is amazing ... Quick reply and perfect support ... Thank youuuu

Bunch of scammers. Don't waste your money. When I filed a claim for trip cancellation due to airport closure due to corona,they replied that the reason for flight cancellation is not included in their inclusions. They are including earthquakes, terrorism etc which are very similar to Corona disaster. Check their reply: Thank you for your below email, it is noted and well received. Please note that in order to cover your claim, the cause of the cancellation must be one of the mentioned reasons in the policy, We do understand that the cause which leaded to cancel your trip is not mentioned in the inclusions or in the exclusions, but to proceed with the claim it should be one of the reasons which is mentioned in the inclusions. We understand the disappointment, but we are very sorry that we are not able to assist you on this occasion. Best regards

Got drawn into with the app and how easy it's is, but when needed to be covered it turned out to be a facad, nothing else. Don't waist ur money. One of the worst experience ever with an insurance. No respect, no support, finding reasons to ditch responsibility.. Not The the kind of insurance that gives you peace to be insured. Recommend to stick with a well known broker, that you can confront with when needed.
