IS Flex is an app that provides members (drivers) with orders received by member companies in accordance with the “Shared Transaction Agreement.”

For inquiries regarding orders in progress, please contact the member company registered in the [In Progress] menu to discuss.

You can use your free time freely on any date and time you want.
◆ By your preferred delivery method
Delivery is possible by foot, (electric) bicycle, quickboard, motorcycle, car, or truck.
◆ Stay safe by signing up for cargo insurance
Load insurance is automatically signed up to compensate for damage to items that may occur during delivery.

After registering your qualifications by entering simple information,
You can place your order at the time you want and by the delivery method you want.


▶ Sign up
You can apply for membership in the app by agreeing to the terms and conditions and verifying your identity via mobile phone.

▶ Register delivery method
You can choose the shipping method you want to use for your business.
After submitting the required documents for each delivery method, work can be performed upon completion of screening.

[Required documents to be submitted]
- On foot, personal mobility device: no documents
- Personal mobility device, motorcycle: driver's license
- Passenger car, SUV: driver's license, vehicle registration certificate
- Damas, Labo, truck: driver's license, vehicle registration, business registration, cargo transport worker's license
* In the case of personal mobility devices, you can also order a motorcycle depending on whether you have a driver's license or not.

▶ Required education
After registering the delivery method, you must complete required training (industrial safety and health training, basic training for transport work) before performing orders.

▶ Order execution
After completing the screening of the delivery method, you can use the “Go to Work” button to perform the order provided in the order list.
When accepting an order, detailed information about the origin and destination is provided, and you can process the order by picking up and completing the order.

▶ Recommended order
A pop-up window provides recommended nearby orders that match the driver's delivery method.

▶ Order list
Orders that can be dispatched are provided depending on the driver's delivery method.

▶ Savings points
You can freely deposit/withdraw points with points accumulated after completing an order.
In order to accept a cash order, the usage fee for that order must remain in savings.

IS Flex requires the following access rights to provide services.
Depending on the permission, it is divided into required and optional permissions.
Optional access rights require permission when using certain functions, and you can use the Inseongflex app even if you do not agree to the permission.

[Required access rights]
- Location information: This app supports the recommended order function by collecting location data even when the app is closed or not in use.
- Notification: Real-time order information
- Camera: Submit certificate, profile photo, etc.
- Photo: Save image for proof
- Phone: Technician and customer approach when calling

[Optional access rights]
- App displayed on top of other apps: Permission to use IS Flex’s recommended order function even while using other apps
-Storage space: Permission to read storage space when transmitting required documents and receipts
