The new app isn't much better than the previous version. The new app doesn't allow me to view my statements. I'm met with a 'We hit a snag loading your pdf' error, making it impossible to view any of my statements. I shouldn't have to unenroll in paperless, to have statements mailed to me, and being assessed a monthly statement fee. That's a breach of contract, as you are required to provide statements to your card holders, especially if enrolled in paperless.

As compared to contemporary alternatives, this app falls short. Username and password integration were problematic. However, after multiple attempts, including app removal and reloading. One call to customer support assuring me nothing was out of the ordinary, and no other issues like mine had been reported. I ended up emailing customer service and received a usable link to reset my credentials. I do appreciate the complexity and understand that my experience was not intended. Not endorsed.

Trash. Tell me to download this instead of using the Avant credit card app I already have, and it does nothing the first 3 logins. Now it's telling me my password is wrong! It's not. And even if it were wrong, there's nowhere to reset it in the app. Basically pointless. I'll continue using the other app until I'm forced to make the change.
