Its a great app if you're looking for self care and meditation. I absolutely love the affirmations and positive quotes and breathing exercises are my favourite too! I have enjoyed this for a while now. Simple and beautiful. It has great resources too! If you're looking for courses and ways to make your mental health better, this app is for you. But after completing all the courses and meditations, it kinda gets boring. Well, it might depend on the person using it. Overall, it's a nice app.

Much thought has been put in to designing this app by evolve, towards mental wellness. The moment I opened the app, there was an audio-visual treat. It has a pleasant color combination and sounds of birds chirping. When I chose my 'journey' in the app, the time set was do-able. The self care and guided-meditation seemed simple to do, yet effective. It's a fortnight, I feel so well and calm. Download the EvolveApp. You too will agree that it is rightly judged the Best App of the year 2021.

I highly recommend this app for whoever needs help without interacting with other human being. There are audios for every different mood swing. The audios are short, which makes it easy to listen even when you very busy and that makes it extremely helpful when you need to come out from any sort of negative feeling instantly. There's also an option for journaling. The journaling prompt makes it simple to focus on good, it's goal oriented and thoughtful writing happens daily. Thank you.
