Got bmf monthly membership. 2 weeks in I book a class and get charged £14.99!! No way to get a refund only a credit. No contact details anywhere in app except for franchise owner email contact details. Not happy at all!

Great outdoors workout I'm trying to get in shape. Can be hard work in the sub however. But still enjoying meeting others and chatting

BMF instructors and training quality is outstanding. BMF app is unremarkable. User experience needs improvement. Takes seven steps to book a class, when I would expect three. Current situation to book a class: Open app > Click 'Group Classes' > Click class date > Select class > Click 'Book' > Click 'Book' again > Close App. I would expect: Open app > (Be presented with a dashboard of classes for the week) Select class > Close app
