Horrible to navigate through. If I receive some update and open the app it brings me to it but won't let me go back out of the update to the previous menus. I have to shut the app down and re open it to get to main menu.. can't save images that are sent in messages .. app freezes and needs to be restarted occasionally when I open it. Updated as requested. Restarted App. App was open in background and received a message notification. Clicked on it and brought me to app and whole app frozen

Not a great app. The view is confusing and overly "verbose" with symbols. Frequent log outs from the app. Often starts with login screen which eventually loads the logged in screen. Have to exit app after opening in order to get newer info since last time it was viewed. The same activity has multiple entries, though I think it's just so that you get a single child photo. The report on food intake had often been "ate none" when carers have said, ate all. Sign in/out times have been incorrect, presumably by mistake. Unable to go to a date, have to scroll through multiple days to go back. Did not have this issue with previous website from same crèche.

Great App and support! The App is great, particularly given the restrictions that ckvid has bought. Particularly like that communication is two way, so we can send in pictures of activities as well as receiving updates. I had a small technical question and response via email was virtually immediate and very helpful. Would recommend.
