There's no reason 4 this 2 exist as it's basically just an app 2 pay your bill, which can be done online/any shop. I installed this after getting a smart meter, & naively thought it might have some functional use, like detailed anylitics, what is using the most power, good times 2 use resource heavy items like a washing machine, suggest times where it's cheaper 2 do so etc. But it lacks all that and much more. You send me extortionate bills every 2 months and this app is the best you could do 🤨

The application is very poor. Basic functions like login in doesnt work properly. ?.. need to enter credentials every time, and biometric login doesn't work. No software/ applications are 100% bugs free, but come on, this is on another level and extremely poor from a company that earns millions of euros. Please get your software testing team to test the application properly before releasing a new version. Every version had issues so far.

Terrible app , when I pay my bill it won't show that I paid for about 3 days , then recently I paid in the app , went to my bank app to confirm then went back to the E.I app and it didn't confirm or give me a receipt so tried it twice and no luck . So went to online page and paid . Then I check my bank balance and it took three payments from me in total , sort it out !! You have enough funds to fix this robbing people blind !
