The feature for uploading photos from the gallery cannot be used, even though this feature is really needed to upload photos with blue backgrounds and so on. please fix the bug. Then, when your SIM application is rejected, please provide a reason for the rejection so that it can be corrected. It is hoped that payments can be made using various types, not just through BNI. In terms of user experience and application user interface, improvements need to be made

In the meantime, I gave three stars since it is not compatible with newest version of OS (Android 13). By the time I had to upload jpg documents (ID Card, driving license, signatures and photograph) this app refuses to access the phone's picture galleries. I managed to solve the problem by accessing the app using other gadget with lower version of OS (Android 10).

Sorry but I couldn't give more stars for this app. I thought it'd be easier and faster when I renew my driving license through online app, but from the first I already had a trouble when verifying my ID. The face recognition failed recognizing my face 🫠 I tried several times until finally succeed. Then, I couldn't upload file from galery. But, it just worked when I try with old version of Android. That's riddiculous, please fix those issues and make it more efficient. Thank's.

Mohon maaf atas ketidaknyamanan tersebut. Saat ini sistem sedang dalam tahap penyempurnaan, silakan mencoba verifikasi wajah secara berkala 7-9 kali hingga berhasil. Pastikan sinyal/jaringan dalam kondisi baik & aplikasi telah diupdate. Informasi perpanjangan SIM & layanan pengaduan (WA & Email) terlampir pada akun instagram @DigitalKorlantas.
