The crowdfunding investment offered at SEEDFUND has the potential to lose capital, either part or all of the money you invest. While there is a secondary market available to purchase proof of ownership of your investment, this will take some time which we cannot guarantee. You will not be able to easily sell your investment if you need cash in a short time. If this situation occurs, all risks are your responsibility!

It is important for you to understand that investing through crowdfunding services carries a high risk, you must be wise in making investment decisions according to your abilities, knowledge, experience and investment objectives.

There is no coercion from SEEDFUND to buy the securities offered on this site.

SEEDFUND only acts as an organizer, not a guarantor who guarantees security and benefits for the project offered.

The risks that may occur but are not limited to the following possibilities:

Business: Business risks include but are not limited to business or project failures that are not in accordance with the analysis or projections offered in the prospectus.

Investment : Investment risk includes losses or losses suffered as a result of not collecting investment funds during the offering period as well as losses caused by not achieving the expected profit.

Liquidity: Investors may not be able to easily sell shares on the secondary market for shares from certain Issuers or Investors may not be able to find buyers before reselling them to other potential Investors.

SEEDFUND only facilitates the sale and purchase of Investor shares on the secondary market in accordance with the regulations of the Financial Services Authority. SEEDFUND will NOT provide any recommendations or advice that can be used as a reference for buying and selling transactions on the secondary market.

Scarcity of Benefit Sharing: Every investor has the right to receive benefits in the form of dividends/coupons/a ratio for investment returns in accordance with the number of securities owned. Benefits will be distributed according to the performance of the Issuer company. Scarcity of benefit sharing can occur because the performance of the Issuer company may not match what has been promised.

Dilution of Share Ownership: Dilution of share ownership is a decrease in the percentage of share ownership that occurs due to an increase in the total number of outstanding shares, in which the investor concerned does not participate in purchasing the newly issued shares. Issuers can issue new shares if the number of bids submitted is still below the maximum limit. If the Issuer makes a securities offering again and new shares are issued, SEEDFUND will open the shares offering on the SEEDFUND website and mobile application and notify the previous shareholders.

If the Issuer feels the need to issue new shares, SEEDFUND will make a rights issue offer, namely offering the shares to the previous investors so that the number and percentage of share ownership remains the same.

Risk of Electronic System Failure : Electronic systems may experience connection problems, SEEDFUND uses electronic systems and data security according to ISO/IEC 27701 standards. Any disturbances related to electronic systems and information technology operated by SEEDFUND may result in system interference or failure.
