Useless apps. I can't login to my account. It says I need to check my email to activate it while nothing is found in my mailbox. I tried to reach them out via email expecting for their support to get over the issue, yet sadly enough their response is so slow. It's yet to get fixed up the minute I write this review. Here I give you one only star you don't actually deserve. Good for you I couldn't make it lower. Hopefully there's a significant improvement relating to the app and your service asap.

Will edit this comment once they have settled these issues. App was working perfectly but they told me they are working on an upgrade (for the better in the future) which resulted in customers can not print their books and save their cash to the bank. We can not also check our incoming transfer (transferred some cash to the account but no trace whatsoever inside the account.) Glad the front-liner helped me check whether the cash is successfully transferred. Hope BNI DPLK settle this soon.

I encountered the error message 'ERR SYS: APP FAULT BACKEND' upon attempting to register. Despite multiple attempts, the error persists. It's a shame, but how can you compete with private banks?
