People Smart

The People Smart App is the mobile extension of the Zucchetti personnel management suite of the same name dedicated to small businesses.

It also allows employees who work away from home, in smart working or who do not have the ability to use a PC, to access the software functions via their smartphone and / or tablet at any time and place.

With the app you can:

- stamp the entry and exit in a free or geo-localized way with the geofencing technique or through the census of areas of validity of the stamp in full respect of the employee's privacy;
- stamp entry and exit with the use of NFC technology simply by touching the device to the TAG;
- stamp entry and exit with the use of Bluetooth technology by stamping near the coverage area of ​​the Beacon (10m);
- insert justifications;
- consult the card, the totalizers and the monthly values ​​of gross and net pay;
consult their shifts;
- view their personal documents (payslips, CU, tags, etc.);
- view company communications;
- enter travel expenses for reimbursements manually or by attaching photos of the relevant supporting documents. In the latter case, thanks to optical character recognition (OCR technology), the date and amount are automatically read and recorded;
- report the hours worked on activities;
- update in real time the start and end time of the activity, indicating whether it coincides with the entry / exit stamping.

An App for everyone:

• collaborators access the software functions even on the move and from any device;
• the manager manages his work group efficiently while always keeping the situation under control;
• the owner, unlike the other two more operational profiles, can monitor all aspects related to the company staff and respond to specific requests (eg list present / absent, delay or overtime list).

Operational Notes
For the application to function correctly, the company must purchase the People Smart (Desktop) license and enable individual workers before downloading the application from the store.

Windows 10 or higher operating system
People Smart software

Device technical requirements:
Android 4.4.0 or higher.

To use the NFC Tag stamping functionality, the device must have an NFC chip installed and / or support this technology.
