My Rancilio Group

My Rancilio Group is the application developed by Rancilio Group to provide assistance to buyers, users and technicians responsible for maintenance of Rancilio, Specialty, Egro and Promac coffee machines.
Through this app, users can access the DOWNLOAD area, where all manuals and technical drawings, software updates, instructions for use and preventive maintenance, catalogs and information brochures relating to the aforementioned machines are available. Additionally, there is a VIDEO LIBRARY that offers tutorials on the use and maintenance of coffee machines, as well as other useful information videos.
Another useful feature is QR code scanning, which allows users to easily identify the specific model of the machine. This allows you to filter the contents present in the DOWNLOAD area and in the VIDEO LIBRARY based on the machine model and to proceed with its registration for personalized support.
