Some guides are valid, like when the app uses them as main audio guides in a church tour but the others are of questionable use. Purchased the Rome guide for ~12 euros and it was like having a small version of Wikipedia red to us. There are a lot of packages to be purchased but they are not worth it. People are better off reading Wikipedia as it's far richer and completely free. Good unused potential. Until it's improved though this is not worth spending on, far too expensive for what it is.

Dear customer, we are sorry for your feedback. The Rome guide costs 8 euros. We have the free demo just for making it so that you can try the product and only if it is in line with expectations that it is purchased. Please write us an email or contact us via the app, we would like to have more information with you and evaluate compensatory actions.

The spoken content is short and quite underwhelming and provides little insight into Herculanean life, and it doesn't cover many interesting places within the town. Navigation of the app is poor and there's an issue with navigation. The app is also over-engineered and should be simplified.

Thanks for the feedback but very sorry to have only received one star. The Herculaneum audio guide includes 30 points of interest and approximately one hour of audio. We are constantly adding new recently opened houses. If you contact us by email we would be interested in better understanding the reasons for your complaint and offering a refund.

Purchased a guide for Herculeanuem. Saved a few bucks over the official audio guide (3.5 vs 8 euro) BUT the interface is NOT well designed. The only way to select an audio clip is via a map. Unless you know which way you are facing or have your GPS constantly on (draining down your battery) You will likely select the wrong point of interest and have to go back. They should have a very simple list of sites (labeled 1, 2, 3, etc) w/ available narratives. ALSO there are missing points of interest

Dear, there's the list of points of interest, just click on the button located at the bottom of the map: the list of points that are indicated both with the name and with the progressive number indicated on the plates placed at the entrance of the points of interest. We are sorry that you have not seen this feature also indicated in the tutorial.
