TestDegustapp is the computerless application created for trade fair events
food and wine, conceived and designed entirely in Italy by 4D Sistemi Informatici. A
innovative technology that will give you a new taste experience!
Degustapp does not require a computer network and was developed to improve
the visitor experience, facilitate organizers in the collection of certified statistics
and allow exhibitors to recover part of the costs incurred.
Degustapp is safe and respects current privacy legislation as all data
collected are saved on the cloud in a protected area.
The target? Deepen the visitor experience, optimize the work of the organizers
and guarantee an economic return to individual operators. An application that, to date, does not
has equals in the sector's trade fair panorama.

How does it work?
The customer purchases the entrance ticket. At Acceptance you will therefore receive a chalice equipped with
QR Code, associated with your identity. The events will be held in the event area
stations with QR Code useful for downloading Degustapp. It will be enough for the customer
frame them with your smartphone to perform a quick download and, once
done, associate the application with your glass by scanning. Now Degustapp is ready
to accompany him on his journey.
There are no paper coupons, tokens or surrogates. Degustapp will record each
single tasting through scanning of the glass by the exhibitor. In this
way the visitor will be able to view the list of in their reserved area
tastings, wine profiles, like your favorite products and leave a
feedback on individual experiences: location, quality of service and product.

What are the advantages of Degustapp?
Visitors, via a personal dashboard, have the opportunity to trace their tasting journey
of the individual products, save your preferences and, with a simple click, be
redirected to the e-commerce to be able to purchase the labels of the selection presented
at the fair.
At the same time, organizers have the opportunity to view massive event data
in real time (number of accesses, number of tastings divided by labels,
visitor feedback) and create structured statistics, useful for improving the service.
Merchants can view their personal statistics, receive feedback from
visitors (protected by nicknames), best describe their offer via the cards
product and, last but not least, receive a refund as a lump sum for each
tasting provided. In addition to enjoying, of course, the advantage of e-commerce
already structured and managed by the organizer
