Through the assistance and the MAB procedures, the User will obtain the processing of his / her declaration form and / or his / her request for tax assistance and the sending, where required, of the same to the Revenue Agency.

The User will be asked to provide, through the dedicated procedures, personal data and related tax documentation, in order to improve the assistance.

For the Declaration through Form 730, the User will be asked to grant a proxy for the acquisition of the pre-filled 730, made available by the Revenue Agency and provided to the User through the CAFTDC Tax Assistance Center for Tax Protection.
The data and documents uploaded by the User are stored in a digital archive through a certified archiving provider, in accordance with the provisions of Legislative Decree 7 March 2005, n. 82 (Digital Administration Code) and are made available to the CAFTDC and the MAB organization.
Through the Platform, the Professional can contact the User in order to ask for clarification regarding the documentation and tax data uploaded by the User and ask for any further relevant and necessary information for the elaboration of the 730 Model of the Income Model and of any other service requested.
