How to pay with the RaiPay application? Easy and simple!

• For simple and quick payment with the RBA RaiPay mobile application, it is not necessary to enter the application, it is enough to turn on the mobile phone screen (without the need to unlock the mobile phone) and touch the mobile phone to the POS device. NFC must be enabled when paying.

• Pre-authorization – if you don't want to unlock RaiPay every time you make a large payment, you can confirm the payment in advance by tapping "Confirm Payment" on the dashboard before paying. Activation of the pre-authorization option is displayed if you have selected the "Pay quickly" option under "Security & PIN", "NFC payment experience".

• If you want to pre-authorize all transactions with RaiPay PIN or biometrics, in the application settings under "Security and PIN", then "NFC payment experience", select the authorization level "Pay securely".

For payment security, the application is set to have three levels of authorization, depending on the amount of a one-time transaction or the cumulative amount of successive payments:

Single payment limit:
1. Up to 15 euros with the included mobile phone screen
2. By unlocking a mobile phone up to 35 euros
3. By entering RaiPay PIN/biometrics above 105 euros

Cumulative limit of consecutive payments:
1. Payment only with the mobile phone screen turned on, up to 65 euros
2. Payment by unlocking a mobile phone up to 320 euros


• After reaching the cumulative amount, the application will ask for a higher level of authorization
• Security of payment - due to security reasons, the application will occasionally ask the user to authorize a payment that does not exceed the amount of 15 euros
• If you want to authorize all transactions with RaiPay PIN or biometrics, in the application settings under "Security and PIN", then "NFC payment experience", select the authorization level "Pay securely".
• Payment abroad - payment values ​​abroad may be different from those listed and primarily depend on the settings of the POS device
• Incorrect consecutive entry of RaiPay PIN - will prevent the user from accessing the application. The user must request the unlocking via support on the RBA INFO phone.

Payment history
The transaction history shows all successfully initialized RaiPay transactions of the last 30 days (maximum 20 transactions), it does not contain transactions made with a plastic card.

Technical requirements for using the RaiPay mobile payment application
• NFC available on the device and enabled
• OS Android version 7.0 and higher
• Activated device lock (RaiPay will not work if the user does not use one of the phone lock methods)
• The device is not in developer mode
• The device is not "rooted" or otherwise compromised
• Data connection when downloading the application and when adding a card (data connection is not required for payments)

Absolute garbage. Had issues with the app for some time now (cannot add card). Reported to technical service two times. Until now I only got a feeling they sold me some "solution" just so I would hang up the phone. Used it before with no problems at all. Now, if I could I would give 0 star

This app has become totally unusable. Two months ago it worked fine. They did an update recently, I cant remember when exactly. The app broke after that. It's a process to setup the app now vs then. It left me stranded at the register cuz it wouldn't work. I had to re-add the card a few times. Every time it's a problem. It simply doesn't send the sms it's supposed to. In short, this app went from completely fine, nothing wrong to completely useless 🤷

Mostly good, but sometimes leaves me in a " bad situation" without payment possibility, due to error once per month...some maintenance bug:( Please fix this ASAP!
