Very nice app, I opted for the intense way as I better like fast result, it was hard to start cause my muscles were not strong enough. But after a certain period of hardwork, of timely rest, and a FITTING alimentation (which highly impacts the workout results), I can see the huge physical improvement and my dream getting closer and CLOSER!!!........Highly recommended.

Your beginner workouts are impossible to do, it's for people who are already fit. The people who rated the app are either employees, friends or super fit. Think like a beginner before choosing exercises for one. Also, your calculator doesn't even work, no place to put & monitor your weight, nothing.

One of the best app for whole body workout.. Thanks a lot for making this. One suggestion if the work out details can be sync to Google fit or other apps it would be great. Eager to see that option soon.
