About this app

"My SmartPLAY" (app) developed and maintained by the Leisure and Cultural Services Department (LCSD) of the Government of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region provides a safe and convenient way to enjoy LCSD booking sports and recreation services. Apart from creation of a SmartPLAY user account and update user profile information, SmartPLAY users can also enquire about and book leisure facilities as well as enrol in recreation and sports programmes through the app.

Many bugs, no smooth transition... It could have been better planned... Many bugs encountered when tried to create an account. I need to wait up to 10 days to be able to use it once my file has been approved. The only positive note is that it should be easier than on former website to see all the slots and more user friendly as long as bugs, lags are fixed one day...

Good luck trying to complete a child registration, you'll need to input a password that doesn't exist for Iam smart users. Login flows are troublesome, even staff at facilities can't figure out how to help.

Try grabbing my HKID scan photo, Keep saying permission missing ❨access to phone folders❩, when in fact user already selected to enable all permission. Turns out that the APP design never ask for access folders. 2nd annoying feature, is that it updates every other week. Seems i ve waste effort to update it hundred times but not managed to succeed booking even once. Zero star it should get
