I was able to sync for a couple of times until last week. Now it crashes everytime when I press "sync" even I tried reinstalling it. Please fix this problem.

After opening the app, it only shows login page and forget pw link. But there's no instructions or link on how to create an account

After the latest update The app closes when I try to sync the watch.
