On day 15; mostly because the app stopped working. I uninstalled then reinstalled- losing all my data. Tried to guess at it then again tonight the app won't work and I don't really feel like figuring out all my days again and running through ads again- and having to do this every day to use the app. If not for this fairly huge issue- I'd have given it 5 stars and then some. It is free and the routine works when the app does work. App Fixed! Yay. Edited to give all the stars!

Ignoring the occasion where the animation doesn't portray the current excercise, the BMI math is WAY off, saying it's over 1000 for me when it's closer to 25.2 (which I imagine isn't good for those who may have health issues like bulimia, or someone like me who despises their body already and don't need a bit of weight fear thrown in as well). Also doesn't seem to keep track of data accurately AT ALL, saying I burned 0 calories over the past 3 days or so. Excercises are also generic.

The App is good and the exercises beginner friendly. It would be nice though if it could give instructions on how to do the exercises properly. I had to go on YouTube to get the proper way to go about them.
