Workouts are easy to do and the app works perfectly fine BUT there are ads in here. However, as far as quality of the app, the workouts are easy to do and I have been doing these workouts for 3 months and my hip dips are not as dented as they used fo be and my thighs are getting thicker along with doing the workout so thats a huge plus for me and my butt has slightly gotten bigger and rounder with me doing these workouts for 3 months and i do see improvements in my body.

The workouts are easy and fun but I need all of the workouts not to be timed so I can complete it at my own pace so I can get more reps in. And the screen would time out if I'm not touching it and it needs to stay on while I'm doing the workouts instead of timing out due to inactivity.

It's a great app, love the exercises and the timing but it's really frustrating as my days stopped counting after my first break and the app also crashes whenever I go to settings
