Why cant I just use my beecard as a payment method if the price is only 2 dollars a ride? Wouldnt it make sense to be able to use a beecard as a payment method too? Not to mention the arrival times dont even work. I book a ride to pick me up at 11.30 and th only arrival time is has from my location to my destionation is a whole 7 hour drive. The location i booked is only 10minutes away in my mates car.

Location setting in app is finicky and requires setting multiple times. Eta are often wrong and it is no uncommon to wait 2 or 3 times the eta. Buses will arrive before scheduled pick up times, (by more than 5 minutes sometimes) and will leave without notifying you. When you send and email to complain and get a refund the company will ignore it. While the service is meant to start at 6pm it is difficult to get a ride before 6.20 even if you book well in advance. You can't pay using the bee card.

Disaster! It does not work properly. It asks you to enter bank account details to be able to choose the destinations but does not show the schedule and immediately books whatever! You cannot delete your bank account details or even your account! It is a scam!
